My Story

Built on real
industry experience

I started my career in interior design — but what shaped me most was what came next. I spent years on the sales and installation side of the new construction industry, working directly with national builders like Lennar and Toll Brothers. I learned how communities get built, how design centers operate, and how buyers — good, excited, well-intentioned buyers — end up overwhelmed, overspending, or both.

I also hold a Florida Real Estate License — which means I understand the transaction, the timeline, and the stakes from every angle. When I work with a buyer, I bring the full picture: design expertise, builder knowledge, and real estate fluency.

Loux Design Co. was founded in honor of my mother, Marylou, who passed away in 2024. She was my biggest supporter — the person who always believed in this business before I fully believed in it myself. The name Loux is for her. Every client I serve, I serve with the same love and investment she gave to everything she cared about.

I'm based in Sarasota, Florida, and work virtually with buyers across the country. Whether you're building with a national builder in Southwest Florida or anywhere in the US, I'm here to make sure your home turns out exactly as you envisioned it.
